Responsibilities:

Identify key customers, maintain contacts and manage the entire sales process including closing. Identify and maintain key customer relationships. Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.

Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes. Ensure that these efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning efforts in the company.

Develop pricing policies including all terms and conditions for customers and partners.

Recruit and develop a channel partners appropriate for the company’s maturity and size. Develop and implement an appropriate sales incentive compensation plan.

 

Requirements:

BS in Engineering.  Advanced degree in management preferred.

At least 7 years sales experience in the semiconductor  industry, with 4 years in a sales management/ leadership position.

Experience with industrial end markets desirable.

Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Director of Business Development and Sales is responsible for the direction and management of all  sales and business development efforts including market competitiveness, pricing, channel strategy, customer identification and acquisition. The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated customer-oriented team that focuses on growth.
