Our engineering team recently published a new paper, entitled Substrate-Decoupled, Bulk-Acoustic Wave Gyroscopes: Design and Evaluation of Next-Generation Environmentally Robust Devices, in the prestigious Microsystems and Nanoengineering Journal, which is a joint publication of the well-known Nature magazine publishers and the Institute of Electronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
